Eco+ is 100% Natural Peruvian Wool. Eco+ is the colorful version of Cascade Yarns’ popular Ecological Wool. Soft and wearable, this wool lends itself to either garments or felting projects. Eco+ comes in a big generous skeins which are perfect for all sorts of garments like cardigans, pullovers and blankets.
Noro Rikka is a voluminous yarn and a typical Noro blend of Merino wool and Corriedale, combined with the softest Peruvian alpaca, and undyed mulberry silk. The yarn and the finished knitted fabric appear to be covered with a touch of white. It seems as if you are looking at a landscape that has been surprised by a frosty night or a sudden snowfall (which is the meaning of Rikka in Japanese “snow crystal”).
Baby Alpaca Brush is an incredibly soft and lofty yarn that is a dream to knit with. The nice halo and all of the warmth that alpaca brings to this yarn is given strength with the acrylic blended into it. Think warm, fuzzy accessories or trims on knitted or crocheted garments! Two balls each of colors Dusk and Multi.
Puffin is a plump, chunky, single-ply yarn spun from sturdy American wool fleece. Its felted texture knits up into garments with a soft halo and a broken-in feel. Puffin is great for quick accessories or cozy, wear-all-the-time sweaters.

You’ll also find, bits of ribbon, sequins, and sparkling Angelina fibers. Even though the raw materials are the same, no two skeins are completely alike because of the intense handmade process that goes into each and every skein.

Big Wool has developed quite a fan base with new knitters (it’s so easy to learn with), as well as with those who love bold texture, excellent stitch definition and fast results. Wool takes the knitability of a super chunky and transforms it with pure Merino wool, raising the bar by which all other ‘beginner’ yarns are measured. Big Wool is not just for new knitters though. With a super light spin and paintbox colour palette, it’s the perfect choice for speedy accessories and dramatic garments. Make a statement with a giant cable, get creative with colour combinations or cast on a super cosy accessory in the ultimate yarn for winter.
This stash is available in several colors: Prize (64), Cactus (83), Concrete (61) and Mallard (87).
